Our frames are covered under a two year warranty and the ocular adhesive is covered for a limited lifetime warranty.
If your product is damaged, your adhesive has come loose or you are experiencing an issue that was not listed, we recommend that you continue to create a service ticket so our team can help you resolve your issue.
