What is the production time for Loupes?
That depends on the order - it ranges anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks. The specific production time for your loupes is shown on the product page when you are placing your order. Non-ErgoPrism orders with prescription may take an additional week. Generally: Traditional TTL and Flip-up Loupes: 1-2 weeks ErgoPrism Loupes: 4-6 weeks
How do I get measured for your Loupes?
Actually, there really isn't any measuring involved - all we need from you is what is called an "IPD photo". For ErgoPrism Loupes, we need one additional photo of your ideal working posture taken from the side. The instructions are easy to follow - you can learn more by clicking "Support" on the top menu and selecting "Fitting".
Can I use PPE with your Loupes?
Of course! Our LumaShield is designed to work with all Loupes. Additionally, because of their design, our ErgoPrism Loupes fit under some face shields where other Loupes cannot.
Do I need a Sales Rep to measure me for my Loupes?
We have Sales Reps in multiple cities. You can Click here to view if a Sales Rep is in your area. If there is a Sales Rep near you then please contact them for an in-person demo meeting. If not, then we have created an accurate and easy self-measuring system where you can get fitted by yourself.
Where can I find instructions for taking Loupes Measurements?

Can a Sales Rep come to my area for fitting?
Yes, we have Sales Reps around the country. click here to view if there is a local Sales Rep near you. You can schedule an in-person demo meeting if a Sales Rep is in your area.
What is the difference between regular and "Micro" Loupes?
The term "micro" in this context refers to the size of the telescopes. While all of our Loupes are designed to be compact and light weight, our Micro Loupes (2.5x and 3.5x) take it to the next step by providing excellent magnification and clarity while fitting into an even smaller and lighter package.
What is the warranty on this product?
Many of our products are covered by a limited warranty. The conditions vary by product/component. You can review the specifics of our warranty coverage on our Warranty Page.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ship all of our products worldwide (except ErgoPrism TTL Loupes, which are only available in the USA).
What is the Field of View at __" working distance?
This will vary based on magnification and working distance. Some examples:
ErgoPrism 3.3x Field of View:
@16" working distance (relatively close) = 66mm
@20" working distance (close to average) = 84mm
@24" working distance (relatively far) = 102mm
How do I adjust the focusing distance?
Twisting the barrel of the telescopes will adjust the focus point nearer or farther. See these instructions for more information.
Can I get these Loupes made with any of your frames?
The only restrictions we currently have are: - SporTi frames are not available for Galilean TTL Loupes. - Argon 2 and SporTi frames are not Rx compatible (yet).
What is the declination angle of ErgoPrism Loupes?
It's different for each user.
This is because no two pairs of Loupes we produce are the same - each is custom made based on your submitted data.
