• This ensures the video fits our website and social platforms properly.
  

2. Choose a quiet, well-lit space

• Face a window or light source (avoid light behind you).
  
• Make sure your face is clearly visible and evenly lit.
  
• Pick a quiet room to reduce background noise.
  

3. Position the camera at eye level

• Place your device about arm’s length away
  
• The camera should be straight on, not looking up or down.
  
• Frame yourself from the chest up, centered in the shot, look into the lens
  

4. Keep the background simple and nice

• A natural work environment is best, such as in your dental office (if available)
  
• Avoid clutter or anything distracting behind you.
  

5. Speak clearly and naturally

• Use an external microphone (if you have one) for better audio quality
  
• There’s no need to memorize—authentic is better than perfect.
  

6. What to answer on your video (at least 60 seconds long)

7. Hold steady and record

• Use a tripod or prop your device on a stable surface at eye level
  
• Record in one continuous clip without pauses or recording breaks
  

8. Review before sending

• Make sure the video is clear, in focus, and recorded horizontally.
