WinCam is a camera recording application designed to capture and manage video and photo content. WinCam may collect the following types of information:

Camera, Photo, and Video Data

WinCam requests access to the device camera (including external USB-C/UVC cameras where connected) to allow users to record videos and capture photos. All recorded videos and captured photos are stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted to, or stored on, any external server operated by us.

Users may choose to save recordings and photos to their device's photo gallery, or share them directly using their device's native sharing features. We do not access, view, or collect this content ourselves.

Microphone and Audio Data

WinCam requests microphone access to record audio alongside video content. Users may select their preferred audio input source, including the device microphone, an external/wired microphone, or a connected Bluetooth audio device. Audio recorded through the app is stored locally with the corresponding video and is not transmitted to any external server.

Bluetooth Data

WinCam uses Bluetooth solely to detect and connect to available Bluetooth audio input devices (such as wireless microphones) for the purpose of audio source selection during recording. We do not collect, store, or share any Bluetooth device data with third parties.

Device and Usage Information

The app may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

Recorded videos and photos are retained locally on the user's device until the user deletes them through the app or their device's photo gallery. We do not retain copies of this content on any server, as none is used by this app.
