You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 3: Product Customization and Measurement Accuracy

LumaDent products include precision-engineered optical instruments, including Through-The-Lens (TTL) loupes, built to specific custom measurements.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete optical data, including Interpupillary Distance (IPD) and Clinical Working Distance.
  • Correction Fees: TTL loupes cannot be modified or adjusted easily after manufacturing. Modifications requested outside of your initial 45-day trial period will be subject to a standard laboratory remake or rebuild fee, typically $500 USD, in addition to applicable shipping costs.

Section 4: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 5: Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  • Clinical Product Performance: Our products are designed as auxiliary tools for dental and medical professionals. They do not replace proper clinical training, diagnostic skills, or professional judgment.
  • Warranty Exclusion for Prohibited Chemicals: Our products are built with specialized optical coatings and materials. The use of unapproved chemical disinfectants, including but not limited to CaviWipes, alcohol, bleach, glutaraldehydes, iodophors, or exposure to autoclave and chemiclave machines, will permanently damage the equipment. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, chemiclave exposure, or unauthorized modifications. Please consult our official Care and Maintenance manuals for approved cleaning protocols.

In no case shall LumaDent, Inc., our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.

Section 9: Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be handled in the appropriate courts located in Reno, Nevada.
