LumaDent Joins Reno Gleaning Project to Support Local Health and Community Well-being

This October, the LumaDent team partners with the Reno Gleaning Project, gathering fresh fruit from local orchards to enhance food security and community well-being in Northern Nevada. Known for its commitment to harvesting surplus produce and distributing it to local charities, the Reno Gleaning Project substantially impacts by providing fresh, nutritious fruit to those in need.

A Community-Driven Mission

LumaDent’s Operations Manager, Samuel Shick, highlights the team’s commitment to giving back to the community that has supported them since their early days. “Reno has been foundational to us, helping us grow into leaders in clinical ergonomics. Now, we’re excited to give back,” Shick shares. “We’ve spent years helping clinicians work more comfortably, and now we’re proud to support our neighbors by promoting health through nutritious, locally sourced food.”
