Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We understand that the costs associated with school or a new practice can start to add up. Please reach out to our Solutions Team to better understand our payment options.
We understand how integral your loupes are to your practice. All LumaDent loupes are custom made and completed within 1-4 weeks depending on the magnification, Rx, add-ons, and other various factors, but expedited shipping is available. Please contact our Solutions Team for more information.
Can I purchase LumaDent products if I'm located outside of the US?
Absolutely. To get the products you need for school or your practice, we recommend ordering through our website or connecting with one of our sales reps. For those located outside of the US, please review our approved international partners list to connect with a local rep or distributor in your area.
What should I do if there is an error while I'm trying to place an order online?
Give our Solutions Team a call and they will assist you.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes - excluding Loupes orders. All Loupes orders are shipped via UPS and are therefore unable to be delivered to PO Boxes. We will need a physical address to ship your Loupes
Does LumaDent ship to international addresses?
Absolutely! We do cater to the needs of international customers. Read more about it in our blog.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, but within the USA most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after leaving our facility. International times will vary and customs or other fees may apply. Customs, duties, taxes, fees, or any other sort of import tax or fee is NOT included in our pricing. You are responsible for these costs
Does LumaDent have a return policy?
We offer a 45 day risk-free trial with all of our products. This trial period begins once you receive your order (the day that says "Delivered" on the shipment tracking). For more details please visit our warranty page.
Can I order accessories online?
Of course! While we do recommend you do not use our loupes and headlights with another brand's loupes and headlights (as it will void the warranty), you can absolutely order a wide range of accessories online for your new loupes such as straps, carrying cases, nose pads, and more.
Do you have a buyback program?
At the moment, LumaDent does not currently have a buyback program. But, we do offer unparalleled discounts for students and faculty! Head to our store page to review deals or contact our Solutions Team for more information.
Can I use my HSA to pay for my loupes?
Yes! Depending on the requirements of your HSA, ergonomic items such as the ErgoPrism loupes are eligible for reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Ergonomic items are not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
How can I order custom-made loupes online without a Sales Rep?
The process is actually very simple! After placing your order, we'll send you an ErgoFit Kit to collect what we need.
